Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, toddlers are the age group most vulnerable to the indirect effects of the pandemic but it has negative effects in the long term. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on health services for children aged 6-45 months. The total sample in this study is 1,312 children under five who were obtained from a phone survey in one of the sub-districts in Nganjuk Regency. This study finds as many as 78.7% of children under five did not get the supplementary feeding program, about 85.7% of children under five did not receive growth and development monitoring program, and 7.3% of children under five during the pandemic had run out of or lacked drugs/vitamins. Using the Multivariate Logistic Regression, this study finds that the first children under five who did not receive the supplementary feeding program were those who lived in locations where the Posyandu did not open and did not visit or contacted by cadres or health workers. Second, toddlers who did not receive growth and development monitoring were those who live in locations where the Posyandu did not open, were not visited or contacted by Posyandu cadres or health workers, as well as toddlers with caregivers/parents who did not contact cadres/health workers. Third, the impact of the pandemic on household economic conditions and anxiety disorder has caused many children under five to run out of or lack medicines/vitamins. COVID-19流行病对儿童医疗保健的影响
在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,幼儿是最容易受到大流行间接影响的年龄组,但从长远来看,它会产生负面影响。本文旨在分析Covid-19大流行对6-45个月儿童卫生服务的影响。本研究的总样本是1312名5岁以下儿童,他们是在nangjuk县的一个街道通过电话调查获得的。这项研究发现,多达78.7%的五岁以下儿童没有得到补充喂养计划,约85.7%的五岁以下儿童没有得到生长发育监测计划,7.3%的五岁以下儿童在大流行期间用尽或缺乏药物/维生素。利用多元Logistic回归,本研究发现,第一批没有接受补充营养餐方案的五岁以下儿童是那些生活在Posyandu没有开设、干部或卫生工作者没有访问或联系的地方的儿童。第二,没有接受生长和发育监测的幼儿是那些生活在Posyandu没有开业的地方,没有得到Posyandu干部或卫生工作者的访问或联系,以及没有联系干部/卫生工作者的照顾者/父母的幼儿。第三,大流行病对家庭经济状况和焦虑症的影响导致许多五岁以下儿童用尽或缺乏药物/维生素。关键词:新冠肺炎;儿童;卫生保健;
