In this paper, two methods of filter-loading compensation and many of baseline data filtering methods are introduced. Based on the data of BC concentration of Lin'an station in Zhejiang Province, which is the regional atmospheric baseline observatory in China, the change of BC aerosol concentration and the observation results of seasonal characteristics in East China are analyzed.
