Abstract

We investigated the structures of the small molecule organic solar cell to know the influences of the performance. First we based on a single donor-acceptor heterojunction (ITO/CuPc/C60/BCP/Al) to get some information, then we mixed donor (CuPc) and acceptor (C60) to increase the short circuit current density of the device. Finally we combined above structure to get the best power conversion efficiency. We analyze the advantages and shortages of three structures.
