Abstract

In this modern era, stealing information has become an undeniable issue. Especially, stealing Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) of patients have become frequent in recent times. Hence the security in telemedicine needs to be enhanced. In this paper, to improve the security of medical images, Region of Interest (ROI) has been extracted, and Gould Transform has been applied to it and embedded in the cover image using Histogram shifting technique. Then the secret image has been transcieved via (Light Fidelity «Li-Fi) Visible Light Communication (VLC).
