Characterization of the nuclear receptors of triiodothyronine (T3) by immunocytochemistry under electron microscopy.

Our results are similar to those of the other authors using radioactive tracers. Non-specific binding was not detected. The occupied T3 receptors labelled with colloidal gold particles are located most commonly in the hetero/euchromatin interface.
