Third, pre-service elementary teachers said that they lack exercise tools and that it is difficult to use them during physical education classes, and active physical education classes are necessary regardless of the environment. Fourth, it was concluded that pre-service elementary teachers do not need self-management and specialized practical training to improve physical education professionalism. As a result of the above survey, it was concluded that pre-service elementary teachers had a strong negative perception of physical education classes, but lacked various professional learning and self-management to improve them. 提高小学体育职前教师职业化的激活计划研究
本研究的目的是通过分析职前小学教师体育教学中出现的各种问题,为提高体育课堂的专业性获取基础数据。本研究以二年级学生110人(36人,女74人)为研究对象,均为00教育大学职前小学教师。本研究的结论如下。第一,职前小学教师对体育课的认知呈现负向的趋势。结果发现,体育课产生了焦虑因素。(2)职前小学教师建议在各种运动中开设包含趣味性和娱乐性的体育课的必要性,并偏好体育运动的类型。第三,职前小学教师表示缺乏运动工具,在体育课上很难使用,无论环境如何,积极的体育课都是必要的。第四,得出职前小学教师不需要自我管理和专门的实践训练来提高体育专业素养的结论。通过以上调查发现,职前小学教师对体育课堂的负面认知较强,但缺乏各种专业学习和自我管理来改善。因此,我们认为有必要对各类职前小学教师的课程进行重组,以改变他们对体育课的认知,提高他们的专业水平。
