Abstract
The two-dimension problem of sound radiation from the porous circular cylinder saturated by a liquid and rotating around its axis of symmetry is investigated. For the description of the dynamical state of the porous cylinder the Bowen's theory is used, in accordance of which the porosity is introduced as the inner parameter, satisfying the equation of the evolution type.
