Abstract
The Standard IEEE 519-1992 entitled "IEEE Recommended Practices and Requirements for Harmonic Control in Electric Power Systems" (RP 519-1992) sets harmonic current goals for individual consumers and harmonic voltage goals for utilities at the point of common coupling (PCC).
