Based on two systematic literature reviews on the subject, we identified the weaknesses on relying only on a digital enabler or human resource (HR) practices. Thus, we propose a Framework integrating artificial intelligence and human practices in order to help companies in their efforts towards agility. This latter allows companies to adapt to new regulations in the society, to customers' expectations and to environmental changes.
