STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FOREST COMPLEX IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The forestry complex of the Russian Federation is the basis of the country's economy. Currently, this industry is undergoing some changes due to digital transformation. The article deals with the problems of the forestry complex, the solution of which is aimed at the proposed strategy, which is a reform of the management system of the forestry complex. The strategy for managing the forestry complex in the context of digitalization should take into account the current state, as well as the key trends in the development of the forestry complex not only in Russia, but also in the world, take into account the macroeconomic and geopolitical context.
