Abstract

The effects of circular bending of a linear antenna array profile on the elements of the impedance matrix are studied on the example of 7÷13 element arrays of half-wave dipoles. The relative stability of the impedance matrix elements absolute values is shown in contrast with the instability of their arguments. For the cases of variable possible bending of the antenna array the elements input impedances' magnitudes and phases unbalances are evaluated and analyzed. As the result the necessity of the unbalances compensation schemes constructing is demonstrated. The obtained results can be applied for the compensation schemes' design procedure.
