Abstract

We present a versatile microfluidic Raman system with a tunable freeform-segmented reflector for conventional Raman and Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) analysis. We perform systematic simulations and implemented a proof-of-concept demonstration setup. With our microfluidic Raman system, we discriminate 100µM urea and KNO3, and 10µM Rhodamine B solutions.
