Therefore, human becomes immensely dependent with electricity. However, many of us do not aware with the use of electricity. Hence, a lot of energy are just wasted away and thus we are potentially subjected to an expensive electricity bill. In this paper, we propose a mobile application which is able to be run on Android based smartphone. The app is designed to have a high security by implementing a double encryption method, using both RSA and AES algorithm, to encrypt the communication data. Besides, it also has other security features, including privilege and autolock.
