Abstract

In this paper, we investigate a Frequency Difference of Arrival (FDOA) based localization scenario with a stationary sensor network and one moving emitter. A method for Frequency of Arrival (FOA) determination of ADS-B transponder messages is introduced. The FDOA of a message received at a sensor pair can be calculated from the corresponding FOAs.
