The study identi ed a number of issues such as: the interfaces between the institutional policies for Higher Education Institutions and the legal guidelines, the genesis and the institutional policies con guration and how these are re ected in daily pedagogical practices. This article focuses, more speci cally, on the issue of teacher education institutional policies and their impact upon pedagogical practices.
