The sample of this study were two gravitational springs namely Sample A and Sample B and two pumping springs namely Sample C and Sample D. Abstract

Water is the main need for life. The bacteriological requirements for clean water are the presence or absence of Coliform bacteria and E. coli in water. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of water from gravity springs and pump springs as a source of water in Magelang Regency PDAM GT and Magelang Regency community. 马格朗县PDAM GT的水菌检验与MPN Quanty-Tray方法
水是生命的主要必需品。对净水的细菌学要求是水中大肠菌群和大肠杆菌的存在与否。本研究的目的是确定重力泉和泵泉作为马格朗摄制区PDAM GT和马格朗摄制区水源的水质。本研究旨在了解马格朗县自来水厂水质的细菌学检测方法。本研究是了解在马格朗县PGT使用MPN定量法托盘的细菌学水检测技术。本研究使用的方法是数量-托盘最可能数(MPN)法。本研究的样本为两个重力泉A和B,以及两个抽水泉C和d。由于重力泉和抽水泉中存在大肠菌群,而抽水泉中发现大肠杆菌,这四个抽水泉的MPN计算结果不符合准备分发给社区的清洁水的要求。关键词:大肠菌群;MPN定量盘;细菌学要求
