Abstract

Stress-strain state in the structure of diamond abrasive tool at dynamic power load was simulated in grain-matrix system. For diamond tool with carbide tipped matrix was calculated amplitude and frequency characteristics and dynamic coefficients of construction for displacements and tension. Shown that the frequency of forced oscillations connected with the exploitation of the instrument considerably lower than the calculated values of the natural oscillation frequencies.
