Abstract

Abstract According to Stakeholders Theory, we believe that the companies’ will to communicate about their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions, can be fed by their stakeholders’ influence. Hence, we aim through this study to know the extent to which the local citizens of Annaba, as external stakeholders, influence Fertial’s CSR communication.
