Abstract
Various nonlinear loads such as diode rectifiers and phase controlled power converters connected to an AC source cause harmonic pollution in the AC mains. Recently some active filters have been proposed to minimize these potential problems. This study describes a method to improve the performance of a voltage source active filter.
