Abstract
In this paper is analyzed the application of soft measurements to obtain quality characteristics or a complex quality index in hierarchical product quality structures. The procedure of combining the quality indicators of the lower level of the hierarchy with the characteristics of uncertainty in the quality indicators of the upper level of the hierarchy using an arithmetic mean, a weighted average, a median and the Walsh median is considered.
