The study population is of 409 lecturers. Determination of the sample using the formula Slovin obtained as many as 202 respondents from the correspondence through the intranet Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. Data from the questionnaires were analyzed with structural equation modeling the help of using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) Version 18. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on lecturers' job satisfaction and lecturers’ performance. Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on lecturers' job satisfaction, but significant on lecturers performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on lecturers' job satisfaction and lecturers’ performance. Lecturers' job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on lecturers’ performance. 本研究的目的是分析动机、能力和组织承诺对教师工作满意度的影响,分析组织动机、能力和承诺对教师绩效的影响,分析工作满意度对教师绩效的影响,并通过工作满意度间接分析动机、能力和组织承诺对教师绩效的影响。研究对象为409名讲师。使用公式确定样本时,Slovin从印度尼西亚共和国内部网工业部的通信中获得了多达202份答复。利用AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures)第18版对问卷数据进行结构方程建模分析。结果表明,工作动机对教师工作满意度和教师绩效有显著的正向影响。胜任力对教师工作满意度的影响不显著,但对教师绩效的影响显著。组织承诺对教师工作满意度和教师绩效有显著的正向影响。教师工作满意度对教师绩效有显著的正向影响。讲师工作满意度的影响在解释工作动机、胜任力和组织承诺对讲师绩效的影响方面被证明是显著的。
