儿童生命维持治疗的退出:护理儿童的经验
目的:本研究的目的是描述由护士照顾的儿童停止维持生命治疗后护士的感受和行为。方法:对7名来自不同医院的护士进行深度访谈,收集数据。访谈时间为2016年8月至2017年2月,所有数据均已饱和。访谈时间为30~90分钟,每位参与者进行2~3次访谈。数据分析采用乔尔吉现象学研究方法。结果:儿科病房护士在儿童退出生命维持治疗时的感受主要有:“护理方面的痛苦与冲突”、“心情沉重、照顾累了后悔”、“故意回避父母的悲伤”、“安慰心中的悲伤”、“对退出生命维持治疗儿童的护理角色定位”。结论:研究结果表明,需要开发支持系统和干预方案,以便护士能够理解并明智地处理接受护士护理的儿童退出维持生命治疗的经历。
