The reduced graphene oxide solution was spin-coated on SiO2/Si substrate and Ag electrode was then deposited on top to form the metal/semiconductor interface. To further improve the performance of photodetectors, AgNPs were mixed with rGO solution and spin coated on SiO2/Si substrate followed by Ag electrode deposition. Abstract
An effective way to construct high performance reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/Ag nanoparticles(AgNPs) photodetectors on silicon substrate had been developed.
