Abstract

The the crane is used in the workshop of steel mill to carry out the task of crane transportation, and can carry out large weight and multi-task. Because multiple cranes are on the same track, the crane leads to passive parking and forced parking, which leads to the reduction of production efficiency. In order to avoid the above phenomenon, reduce the conflict between cranes, speed up the task completion time to establish the crane scheduling model, analyze the defects of genetic algorithm, put forward the improved genetic algorithm and solve the crane model of steel plant. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the optimized crane scheduling results are obtained.
