Abstract

According to the current transaction rules of power peak shaving auxiliary service, the comprehensive benefits of regional power grid after wind power consumption capacity is improved, and the comprehensive evaluation index of regional power grid comprehensive benefit based on entropy weight method is established. 提高风电消纳能力的电极式锅炉最佳容量及参数配置分析
根据现行电力调峰辅助服务的交易规则,提高区域电网在风电消纳能力后的综合效益,建立了基于熵权法的区域电网综合效益综合评价指标。考虑风电的不确定性和有偿调峰辅助服务的成本,基于整体模型法建立了区域电网综合效益评价模型。通过算例仿真验证了该模型的有效性。算例结果分析表明,与备选方案相比,供电侧电极电锅炉方案能够提高区域电网的风电消纳能力,为系统提供足够的灵活性,有效提高区域电网供电侧的综合效益。
