(1) Principal's Pedagogic Competence was classified as medium with a percentage of 56.6%; (2) Teacher performance was classified as medium with a percentage of 54.7%; and (3) there was a significant influence between Principal's Pedagogic Competence and Teacher Performance with a correlation score of 5.806> 2.145. Abstract
