Abstract

CARTS is a set of system services targeted to real time distributed systems and spanning a variety of architectures. CARTS was designed to support rapid application code generation through generic user interfaces, to facilitate incremental system integration and reconfiguration via file-based data, and to provide tailored functionality appropriate to each project utilizing it.
