Abstract

A Fabry-Perot resonator antenna (FPRA) fed by air-coupled patch antenna with metamaterial lens is presented in this paper. The Fabry-Perot resonator consists of a partially reflective surface (PRS) formed by one metamaterial substrate, one layer of frequency selective surface (FSS) and metal ground plane.
