Hubungan pola pikir, harga diri dan kecemasan siswa ke ruang BK atau konsultasi dengan guru BK

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara pola pikir dan harga diri (self-esteem) dengan kecemasan siswa ke ruang BK atau konsultasi dengan guru BK SMP di Kota Bengkulu dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan siswa ke ruang BK atau konsultasi dengan guru BK di sekolah akreditasi A dan B. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 142 siswa dengan  teknik random sampling . Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi ganda dan deskriptif komparatif . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara pola pikir dengan kecemasan siswa ke ruang BK atau konsultasi dengan guru BK dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,424 dan terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara harga diri (self-esteem) dengan kecemasan siswa ke ruang BK atau konsultasi dengan guru BK dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,523. Jika siswa memiliki pola pikir positif, harga diri (self-esteem ) tinggi dan sangat tinggi maka kecemasan rendah. Tidak ada perbedaan kecemasan siswa ke ruang BK atau konsultasi dengan guru BK antara sekolah akreditasi A dan B. The number of samples taken in this study were 142 student with a random sampling technique. The method in this research was quantitative correlation with multiple correlation design and comparative descriptive. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between mindset with students’ anxiety in the counseling guidance room or counsultation with the counseling guidance teacher with a correlation coefficient value of -0.424 and there was a significant negative correlation between self-esteem with students’ anxiety to the counseling guidance room or counsultation with the counseling guidance teacher with a correlation coefficient value of -0.523. If students’ have a positive mindset, high self-esteem and very high then anxiety is low. There is no difference in students’ anxiety levels to the counseling guidance room or consultation with counseling guidance teacher between accredited schools A an B.
