The paper will examine SLMA's web strategy under 3 subheadings, namely: a) Reach: effectiveness of official websites and other virtual presence set up by followers; b) Engagement: virtual audience participation in social media sites; mobile accessibility; c) Augmentation: innovative blending of web-based services to solve operational issues of publicity, collaboration and fundraising.
