Abstract

In order to research the High Pressure Common— Rrail System(HPCRS) for a large power diesel engine. In this paper, based on establishing a physical and math model of the system, the control manner of Proportional oil-in Control for fuel pressure control has been discussed and framed; the structure of the fuel injection system which adapt to this control manner has been design. 基于仿真的大功率柴油机高压共轨系统设计
为了研究大功率柴油机高压共轨系统(HPCRS)。本文在建立系统物理模型和数学模型的基础上,探讨了比例进油控制在燃油压力控制中的控制方式;设计了适应这种控制方式的燃油喷射系统结构。通过燃油系统仿真软件和Matlab/Simulink软件建立了大功率柴油机实时控制系统的仿真模型;模拟了结构参数对共轨压力的影响。最后,对大功率柴油机高压共轨系统进行了设计。结果表明,采用比例进油控制方式和PID控制策略控制的共轨燃油压力在多种设定压力下可设定在0.42s以内并稳定在3%范围内,且喷油一致性满足要求。
