Abstract

The aim of the researcher is to find out (1) how kindergarten teacher Guidance Strategies in maintaining Early Childhood Development (2) teacher constraints in maintaining early childhood development (3) Supporting factor for early childhood psychological development. 幼儿园教师的策略,以保持孩子的心理发育在拉穆克里辛东部
研究者的目的是找出(1)幼儿园教师指导策略如何维持幼儿发展(2)教师约束维持幼儿发展(3)幼儿心理发展的支持因素。本研究采用案例研究的定性研究方法。本研究的数据收集技术为访谈、观察和文献。本研究的数据分析技术为数据约简、数据表示图。研究结果表明:1)采用不同的教学方法,规划与心理发展相关的课程;2)维持幼儿心理发展所面临的障碍是:在处理智商较低的儿童时,要耐心处理,因为早期儿童的智商与已经进入小学的儿童不同。3)儿童早期发展的支持因素。比如学校本身存在的学习媒体,比如游戏工具、APE、模块书和绘画工具,这些都对学生非常有帮助。
