PENGADAAN BAHAN BAKU AGROINDUSTRI KOPI BUBUK DI KECAMATAN KEMILING KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

Public consumption of processed agricultural products was increased, one of it was coffee powder. Coffee powder agroindustries in Kemiling district faced several problems related to the raw materials procurement, namely fluctuating price of coffee beans and uncertain availability. This study aims to analyze raw material procurement in coffee powder agroindustries in Kemiling District. This study used census method on five agroindustries in Kemiling District. Data collection was carried out on January until February 2022. Respondents in this study were owners of coffee powder’s agroindustries. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative by comparing the provisions and the reality that occurs in coffee powder agroindustries related to indicators of quantity, quality, price, time, place, and type of raw materials. The results showed that the suitability between reality and provisions of agroindustry in raw materials procurement related to quantity and price indicators are 60%, related to time indicator is 80%, related to quality and types of raw materials are 100%.
