Abstract
Brain tumors are mainly divided into primary and secondary tumors. BT (Brain tumors) are the third most common central nervous system disease in clinical practice except for traumatic brain injury and vascular disease. Its cure rate is low, and the recurrence rate is high. It poses a threat to the life of patients and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Gliomas and brain metastases are the two most common BT. Glioma is characterized by low degree of differentiation, high degree of malignancy, very easy to relapse and poor prognosis. Metastases are characterized by diverse imaging manifestations, so it is difficult to distinguish brain metastases from gliomas through routine imaging examinations. MRI imaging has non-invasive advantages, and imaging technology is becoming more mature, which plays an important role in the identification of tumors that occur in the brain. MRI diagnosis has the advantages of high diagnosis rate and clear images, which is worthy of clinical use. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the clinical value of MRI imaging in the diagnosis of BT. First of all, a comparative analysis of the diagnosis rate of BT under different diagnostic techniques is carried out. The results show that the diagnosis rate of BT by MRI imaging is the highest. The diagnosis rate of MRI imaging is 97% correct, and the error rate is only 3%. Secondly, analyzed the effect of MRI images in the diagnosis of BT. 37% of people think that MRI diagnosis can help improve the specificity of diagnosis, and 30% think that MRI diagnosis can accurately distinguish HGG and LGG.
