The keywords were lean management, six sigma, lean / six sigma surgery, lean / six sigma perioperative care. The inclusion criteria were studies directly related to the subject in English, published in peer-reviewed journals.\nResults: The search strategy was applied to 896 studies, 889 of which were excluded and 7 of which met the inclusion criteria.Lean and Six Sigma methodologies increased the efficiency of the operating room staff, as well as the financial performance of the entire operating unit. Process mapping, leadership, and staff satisfaction are keys to enhancepatient’s safety.\nConclusions: The implementation of Lean / Six Sigma in health services has great potential. 精益管理/六西格玛在患者围手术期护理中的实施
目的:在医院医疗管理过程中,许多不可预见的事件会影响患者的手术安全和体验,给患者和家属带来不适,同时浪费手术资源,降低手术效率。每一家医院的医护人员都应将患者围手术期护理作为一个重要的问题,并应进行系统的改进。本综述的目的是强调精益管理和六西格玛方法在患者围手术期护理中的应用。材料-方法:对2015 - 2020年Medline / Pubmed、Scopus、Embase和Cochrane Library等电子数据库进行系统综述。关键词:精益管理、六西格玛、精益/六西格玛手术、精益/六西格玛围手术期护理。纳入标准是发表在同行评议期刊上的与主题直接相关的英文研究。结果:应用检索策略纳入896项研究,其中889项被排除,7项符合纳入标准。精益和六西格玛方法提高了手术室工作人员的效率,以及整个运营单位的财务绩效。流程映射、领导和员工满意度是增强患者安全的关键。结论:在卫生服务中实施精益/六西格玛具有很大的潜力。建议在机构上采用这一方法,并在广泛实施后进一步研究其实际、教育和财政效益。
