Abstract

Data broadcast is a technique to realize energy saving and bandwidth utilization in a mobile computing environment. However, traditional schemes schedule data items without considering channel bandwidth. Therefore, the above drawback leads to the unfair broadcasting rate of each item of the different access frequency.
