By using the Web Publishing tools in LabVIEW, the monitoring and control system interface will be published on the Web page, so remote client can monitor and control the scene of industrial through the browser, the monitoring and control based on network could be easily realized. Abstract

Major in that Bell prover gas flow standard device in use is more easily influenced by environmental impacts, there are some problems that not high accuracy and low testing efficiency, etc, traditional Bell prover gas flow standard device was improved. 基于虚拟仪器的贝尔验证器远程监控系统开发
主要针对贝尔氏气体流量标准装置在使用中容易受到环境影响,存在精度不高、检测效率低等问题,对传统的贝尔氏气体流量标准装置进行了改进。基于虚拟仪器技术,在LabVIEW平台上设计了一种新型的贝尔校准系统远程控制系统。并对设计要点和可行性进行了分析和讨论。利用NI DAQ设备实现操作过程的数据采集,然后利用LabVIEW + DSC完成钟的运行状态监测和数据处理功能。利用LabVIEW中的Web发布工具,将监控系统界面发布到Web页面上,使远程客户端可以通过浏览器对工业现场进行监控,方便地实现基于网络的监控。测试结果表明,该控制系统测量准确,安全可靠,界面友好。
