Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of work value, growth needs, and job stress on nurse intention to stay in small and medium-sized hospitals. From July 29 to August 11, 2020, data was collected from 208 nurses working in three small and medium-sized hospitals in a I-city. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program.
