Each subscriber of the network independently selects the required QoE value (from 1 to 5). The higher the value is, the better quality the subscriber expects. These QoE values are also taken into account in the network traffic maintenance, so they are very important. Schemes of the switch migration stages are presented. A comparative analysis of switch migration without taking into account QoE priorities and with them is made. Abstract

Intent-Based Networking (IBN) is the beginning of a new era in network technology history. The basic principle can be formulated as follows: the network independently transforms business intentions into corresponding configurations of a network for all devices.
