Abstract
We discuss the problem of engineering-economic choosing of the best option of development hardware and software complexes of diagnostic of quality of nuclear fuel elements. A brief review of integral methods of analysis of risks and financial engineering, applied for technological and economic aspects and design and operation of perspective diagnostic measuring systems of quality of nuclear fuel elements, is presented.
