The method used is the design and construction of the device with various electronic component like, microcontroller, transistors, diodes, resistors and sensors but, to mention but a few. The various units were connected together, soldered and finally coupled. The microcontroller is programmed with assembling language. Test were made to ensure that the various units delivered the specified input and output in line with design specifications. The device was integrated into an office with two lighting points and the results showed that the device performed efficiently well. Abstract

Energy is the key driver of macroeconomic growth.
