Abstract
The Z-type temperature sensor measuring circuit and shaping circuit were designed for nonlinear problems exist in Z-type temperature sensor. The output frequencies of Z-type temperature sensor were measured at different temperatures. Which dispersion and nonlinear characteristics were analyzed. Linear compensation principle and its significance were explained. Linear output values corresponds precisely with the measured temperature values through nonlinear curve fitting. Test shows that the design of the Z-type temperature sensor error is 2 ‰. Accuracy has been improved. The nonlinear compensation method has practical value for large scale manufacture of Z-sensor.
