Health care is organized on three levels, so it is about primary, secondary and tertiary health care. In cases of justified emergencies, every person has the right to emergency medical care and emergency treatment, regardless of legal status. In the event that a large number of persons whose medical condition requires urgent medical care is present in one place, triage is carried out in order to determine the cases according to the degree of urgency and to give priority to the most urgent ones.
