Abstract
In the information society, and utilizing ICT(Information and Communication Technology), it has become possible to deploy a new business model. In the use of the financial business ICT, companies rather than funding from traditional financial institutions such as banks and securities companies, it has become possible to raise funds from individuals of the general public.
