Abstract

The rapid growth of distributed photovoltaic brings great threat to the safe operation of power system. Flexible resources can adjust the local power balance, but there is no corresponding policy in China to encourage flexible resources to participate in power system operation. At present, China is promoting the marketization development of distributed power generation. Therefore, this paper proposes to build a P2P energy market in the local network with distributed photovoltaic. Trading mechanism can encourage users to schedule flexible resources reasonably.
