In this paper, a typical model of scientific research project management process was build based on workflow technology. The business logic and specific function of project management were designed separately, so a unified and orderly management of scientific research project was realized, and flexibility and system adaptability were enhanced too. Rapid development platform technology was chosen in the business system development. This technology affords a develop mode of parameter customization and it could manage intelligence report, data maintenance, Model View Controller (MVC) service control and other parameters. Abstract
