Abstract
In this paper, an optomechanical metasurface composed of $30 \times 30$ ELC metal resonant ring units is proposed for polarization reconfigurable function which works at 2527GHz with excellent circular polarization purity. The experimental results verify the nonlinear effect of the coupling between the electric field potential energy and the mechanical potential energy within the optomechanical metasurface. By using this nonlinear effect, optomechanical metasurface changes in the electromagnetic properties, and the high polarization conversion effect are achieved accordingly.
