Abstract
This paper presents a new approach to develop a circulator. Instead of using ferrite to insert a magnetic field on the device, accountable to generate the non-reciprocity phenomenon on the ferrite circulator explained by the Larmor precession, the same behavior are achieved using a proposed Π topology circuit with modulated variable capacitance. Four different simulations are presented in order to explore the results variation according to the parameters changing. The simulations are done using the Advanced Design System software and the operation frequency are 902-928 MHz with central frequency at 915 MHz.
