Abstract

Educational technology is the application of technology in the teaching and learning process. It is a combination of the processes and tools involved in addressing educational needs and problems, with an emphasis on applying the most current applications, tools, and processes. This study investigated the use of Microsoft Teams for teaching the Arabic language. The paper attempted to understand students' perceptions of opportunities, challenges, and future actions for teaching and learning the Arabic language through Microsoft Teams software. The study used a survey questionnaire to collect data. A total of 461 undergraduate students enrolled in Arabic language courses participated in the study. The findings of the study indicated the extent to which students adapt to an online learning pattern.
