Such actors include those in charge of inserting arbitration clauses in administrative agreements and those responsible for the appointment of arbitrators, as well as the parties, lawyers and arbitrators acting in the proceedings. Abstract
It is in some way natural that, with the increasing use of arbitration by the Public Administration in Brazil, there will be instances where Court of Accounts and actors involved in arbitration proceedings will need to interact.
